At our purpose-built factory premises in the Midlands, we have one of the largest capacity industrial powder coating plants in the industry. The line has been developed to take advantage of modern powder coating methods.

With our in-line pre-treatment facility, the line is capable of handling items measuring 6000mm long x 1500mm wide, giving us unparalleled capacity and control.

Architectural fabrications and rainscreen panels are available in a spectrum of over 2000 colours, textures, and gloss finishes, along with two-coat, two-tone, anodised, and metallic effect finishes.

We employ the strictest quality control measures, with all coatings checked, tested, and recorded by staff for external auditing purposes. Tests include adhesion, impact, coating thickness, gloss level, mandrel, and cupping.
